DIRECTIVE 2003/11/EC OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL
Restricts the presence of Pentabromodiphenyl Ether (PentaBDE) or Octabromodiphenyl Ether (OctaBDE) in concentrations higher than 0.1% by mass in any article, product, part, component or material used as a substance or as a constituent of substances or of preparations in any material supplied to customers.

 Hamilton Products, Inc. is compliant with this Directive as of the 2nd Quarter 2005.

DIRECTIVE 2002/95/EC OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL
Restricts the presence, in concentrations higher than 0.1% by mass, of hazardous substances such as lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls (PBB) or polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDE) in electrical and electronic equipment from July 1, 2006 on.
